Refund policy

• We offer exchanges within 2 days of delivery.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
• The customer will need to ship the product back to us. We do not cover return shipping charges unless the product is defective.
• Exchange can only happen once per order.
• If your ordered product isn’t available, we’ll provide a store credit valid for 12 months.

2. Return and Refund Policy

• Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.
• If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email at houseofunknwn@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9058550550.
• Defective items will be fully refunded once inspected and verified by our quality team. The refund will be processed within 12 working days and credited back to the original payment method.
• The customer will need to ship the product back to us. We do not cover return shipping charges unless the product is defective.
• If the return is approved for a defective product, we will cover the shipping cost.

3. Non-Returnable Products

• Products purchased during Sales or Special Offers are non-returnable unless defective.
• Customized or altered items are non-returnable.
• Items with missing components, used, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Store Credit

• Store credit will be issued in case an exchange is not possible, valid for 12 months.
• Store credit is non-transferable and can only be applied to purchases made on the same account.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before shipping with no penalty.
• If you cancel after shipping or refuse delivery (excluding damaged shipments), it will be treated as a return, and shipping charges will be deducted.

6. Additional Terms

• There will be no return/refund/exchange other than the conditions stated above. If management approves any exception case, additional shipping costs will be charged (no product/order value of the same amount).
• Please note that, for COD orders, any refund (if approved) will be provided in the form of a gift voucher/store credit with a one-year limited expiry from the issuance date. This gift voucher/store credit can be used to buy any products from our online store.

7. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises, it shall be dealt with by the sole arbitrator at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, High Court Delhi, and no court shall have jurisdiction to deal with the disputes.
