1. General

1.1 This shipping policy, in conjunction with our Terms, governs the delivery of products ordered on HouseOfUnknwn.

1.2 We ship products across India, collaborating with leading logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

1.3 By using HouseOfUnknwn or purchasing a product, you agree to this policy. Please review it regularly.

2. Shipping and Delivery Terms

2.1 Orders are typically shipped within 2 working days, with delivery expected in 4 to 6 days for domestic parcels. International parcels may take 7 to 10 business days.

2.2 We prioritize pre-paid and COD orders with complete addresses. In some cases, based on your location or payment method, shipping may take 3-4 days after confirming with you.

2.3 If we are unable to ship your order within 5 working days, we will cancel the order and notify you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

2.4 We strive to deliver nationwide; however, service availability is determined by location. We reserve the right to cancel orders if delivery is not feasible. We generally ship via Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, SmartR, and E-Comm Express, depending on the best service for your delivery location.

2.5 Accurate customer information is essential for timely delivery. Please ensure you provide complete details, including:

  • House/Flat/Shop Number
  • Building/Apartment Name
  • Street/Road/Locality Name
  • Landmark, etc.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

2.6 After three failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order and deduct associated costs from any refund.

2.7 Delays may occur due to logistical challenges, weather, political events, or other unforeseeable circumstances. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

2.8 We maintain ethical standards in our dealings with delivery personnel but are not liable for their actions. Any disputes with delivery personnel must be resolved independently.

2.9 Once your product is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a unique tracking number to monitor your shipment in real-time. We are not responsible for discrepancies in tracking information.

2.10 Shipping charges may apply based on various factors. These charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered is faulty.

2.11 Returns are managed by our reverse logistics partners, in accordance with our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
